Balloon Nursery (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and your family’s privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through balloonnursery.ae, why we collect it and how we look after it. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: when you use our enquiry form, our admission form or contact us on WhatsApp, we receive details such as the parent’s name, phone number, email, your child’s name and age, and your message.
- Admission information: if you complete our online admission form, we collect the details needed to enrol your child, such as date of birth, emergency contacts, medical notes and documents you choose to upload.
- Website usage: our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Ads, and Google Analytics where enabled), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity where enabled, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. We also remember which page or advert first brought you to us (for example a Google or Facebook ad) so we know which of our campaigns help families find us.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a tour and process your child’s admission.
- To send you information you asked for, fee details and important updates by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To run and improve our nursery, website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information is kept
Enquiries and admission details are stored in our secure nursery management system, which only authorised Balloon Nursery staff can access. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled through WhatsApp (Meta). Our service providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Your child’s information
We collect information about children only from their parents or guardians and only for admission, care and safety. Photos of children are shared only in line with the photo consent you give on the admission form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up your enquiry and for our records, and admission records for as long as required for the nursery’s operation and legal obligations.
Your choices
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates, at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.
