As Managing Director, Faizal Rahman is on a mission to make Balloon one of the UAE's finest and most forward-thinking nurseries. He pairs a clear growth vision with a love of innovation, bringing modern technology, smart facilities and fresh ideas into everyday learning, so children get an outstanding start and parents stay connected to every moment.

As Marketing Director, Mujeeb Rahman Poontha leads the brand, digital presence and fresh thinking at Balloon Nursery. He focuses on smart marketing, engaging online experiences and new technology that make it easy for families to discover, connect with and stay close to the nursery, telling Balloon's story to parents across Sharjah and the UAE.

As Principal, Yasmeen Fathima leads the teaching and care team families see every day. She blends warm, personal attention with modern early-years practice and digital progress updates, championing each child's happiness, safety and learning, and guiding our educators with expertise and heart.
